Katie Waissel gives Shayne Warde advice

Katie Waissel gives Shayne Warde advice

Fountain of knowledge and wisdom Katie Waissel (the one with the saucy gran) has insisted that Shayne Ward shouldn't give up on his music career just yet after being dropped by Simon Cowell. Hang on, who died and left Katie in charge? Guess we’ll listen to what she has to say anyway…

Optimistic Katie told Metro: "It is a shame for anybody to be dropped. It's hurtful but he shouldn't look at it as the end of his journey. Maybe it's just the beginning. Maybe now is a turning point for him to focus on what he wants to do and to do it his own way." She added: "It is frustrating but unfortunately that's the way the music industry works and it's horrible. If I was to see him now I'd say 'Sod it, rock out and do what you want to do. Use it to your advantage'."

You know, we hear there may be a spare seat on the X Factor panel this year, maybe Katie could be just the one to fill it?

Now how about a look at Katie’s god awful YouTube reality TV series that she made before she was on X Factor. The show followed Katie’s attempt to ‘break America’ in which she also found the time to seduce the executive producer, and their jaunts even feature in the final few episodes.

Queen Elizabeth II Gives Royal Wedding Consent

She's celebrating her 85th birthday today (April 21), and Queen Elizabeth II was spotted out at the Royal Maundy Day Service at Westminster Abbey in London.

The Queen of England was giving her formal marriage consent to Prince William and Kate Middleton for their upcoming April 29th nuptials.

Under the Great Seal of the Realm, she signed an elaborate notice of approval that proclaimed in transcribed calligraphy her consent to the union of "Our Most Dearly Beloved Grandson Prince William Arthur Philip Louis of Wales, K.G., and Our Trusty and Well-Beloved Catherine Elizabeth Middleton."

The document was signed by the Queen back on February 9th, but it was officially publicized earlier today.
