Vanessa Hudgens: Coachella Chick!

Making a return trip to the annual west coast event, Vanessa Hudgens was on hand for the first day of the 2011 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on Friday (April 15).

The "Beastly" babe took to the Indio, California grounds as she joined a group of friends including rumored beau Josh Hutcherson while watching performers including Cee Lo Green, Justin Poree and Derek Phelps.

Always one of the more well-attended celebrity stops, this year's Coachella weekend has already drawn out fellow stars such as Robert Downey Jr., Usher, Whitney Port, Tara Reid and Jamie Chung.

Running through Sunday (April 17), acts set to take the stage the next few days include Wiz Khalifa, Nas & Damian Marley, Jimmy Eat World and The Kills, among many others.

Stepping out in all her finest hippy chic attire, Vanessa Hudgens recently enjoyed the sights and sounds of Coachella with rumored new squeeze Josh Hutcherson.

And while the "Beastly" beauty was happy to listen to the many top acts taking the stage, don't expect her to be making any of her own anytime soon.

Dishing on the topic during a recent interview, Miss Hudgens told, "It's going to be a while I think. I'm so into music - I love music and I'm listening to it all the time - but I really want it to be personal and want it to have its own sound."

Vanessa continued, "So I don't know. It's just hard because there are so many different types of music that I love - channeling it to just one is very difficult, so I'm kind of giving it space to manifest itself.
